About Total Trinity Transformation

You don’t need to become someone else. You need the space to discover who you are, decide who you want to be, and practice becoming her.

Total Trinity Transformation was built on a belief that has shaped so much of my own life: you can’t intentionally change what you haven’t learned to see.

Most of us didn’t sit down one day and choose every belief we carry, every pattern we repeat, or every role we play. We picked things up along the way—from our families, our experiences, our relationships, the things that hurt us, the things that protected us, the things we were praised for, and even the things we learned we had to be just to make it through. Then, at some point, we get the opportunity to stop and ask ourselves, Is this actually who I am, or is this just who I learned to be?

That question is at the heart of TTT.

This is a space to get curious about yourself, to notice your patterns without immediately judging them, to understand what you feel and why, to reconnect with your body, and to challenge the beliefs that no longer fit. Most importantly, it’s a space to decide what you want to do with what you discover. Awareness is powerful, but what you choose to do with that awareness is where transformation begins.

Why Total Trinity?

Because you are not a collection of separate parts. Your mind affects your body. Your body affects your emotions. Your emotions influence your choices. Your choices become patterns, and those patterns eventually shape the life you’re living. It’s all connected.

That’s why TTT doesn’t approach transformation from only one direction. Sometimes we need to talk. Sometimes we need to move. Sometimes we need to sit still long enough to hear ourselves think. Sometimes we need new information, and sometimes we already know exactly what we need to do but need help turning what we know into something we actually live.

TTT works with the whole person because you bring your whole self with you everywhere you go.

What We Do

Around here, we practice. Yes, we learn. We talk about identity, emotions, habits, beliefs, boundaries, wellness, self-trust, and all the things that shape the way we move through life. But I’m not interested in giving you another pretty list of “5 Ways to Change Your Life” that you save to your phone and never look at again. We have enough of those. 😂 I want you to experience what you’re learning.

We move our bodies. We pause. We breathe. We reflect. We ask uncomfortable questions. We try something different, notice what happens, and take what we learn about ourselves back into our actual lives. Because knowing something and embodying it are two very different things. TTT exists to help close that gap.

There’s Room Here for Every Stage of Becoming

This work doesn’t belong to one age or one season of life. For young people, it means giving them tools and language many of us didn’t have growing up: the ability to understand what they’re feeling, recognize their strengths, make intentional choices, navigate real-life situations, and begin building trust in themselves.

For women, the work may look a little different. Maybe you’ve spent years being who everybody needed you to be. Maybe you know you want something different but can’t quite figure out what that looks like yet. Maybe you’re doing all the “right” things and still feel disconnected from yourself. Or maybe you’re simply ready for more—not because your life is terrible or because something needs to be “fixed,” but because you know there’s more of you in there.

There’s room for that woman here, too.

What We Believe

We believe you can be soft and strong. You can rest and still be ambitious. You can have discipline without punishing yourself. You can love who you are today and still desire growth. You can change your mind. You can outgrow old versions of yourself without hating the woman who needed to become them.

We also believe you’re allowed to ask big questions: Who am I? Why do I keep doing this? What do I actually want? What am I holding onto simply because it’s familiar? Who am I choosing to be right now?

You don’t have to have all the answers before you begin. Curiosity is enough to open the door.

This Is Transformation

Transformation isn’t always one giant, dramatic moment where everything suddenly makes sense. Most of the time, it’s much quieter than that. It’s catching yourself in an old pattern and choosing differently. It’s recognizing what you need and actually honoring it. It’s moving your body because you want to feel alive inside of it. It’s setting the boundary, having the conversation, taking the rest, doing the scary thing, and trying again.

It’s collecting enough small, intentional choices that one day you look around and realize, “Damn. I really did change my life.”

That’s Total Trinity Transformation: awareness, choice, practice, transformation.

And wherever you are in that process, welcome. ✨
